  • We do not accept Paypal through our online store, or contact us to send you (Paypal.me) link to pay
  • We only ship to your verified address provided with your payment.
  • We expect that all payments is done by real people and using their own payment information.
  • We have the full right to refuse any payment and cancel the transaction without any reason.

SHIPPING

We are known for our excellent shipping service, and will stride to get your package delivered in the soonest way possible.

  • We ship Within the USA
  • Free Sipping on all Domestic delivery including tracking number
  • Buyer pays for International shipping + $10 handling fees
  • We ship only to the address provided with your Payment [No Exception]
  • We do not ship to PO BOX - only to verified physical addresses
  • Signature Required for orders over $250- Please make sure to be available to avoid a second delivery attempt.
  • $50 insurance is included in all priority shipping packages.

CUSTOMS

It is your responsibility to check with customs if there is any restrictions in your country.
Buyer pays all customs fees if any

RETURN and EXCHANGE

NO RETURN - NO EXCHANGE - NO REFUND

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • No profit margin for returns
  • Wholesale price including shipping and handling - means no profit from shipping like others does.
  • Once the USPS declared delivered so the transaction is completed
  • To re-deliver your package,  BUYER PAYS POSTAGE in case the package returned back to us for any reason

REFUND

  • Full refund for all non received items within 15 days for domestic  and 60 days for International delivery.
  • All refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear into your account
  • Retailer account may receive a credit store to be able to reorder.
